Who we are
This site is run by SF Mann Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 15229994. Registered office: 142 St Marks Road, Enfield, EN1 1BJ.
The short version
Nothing optional runs until you say so. When you first arrive, everything except the one strictly necessary item below is switched off, and it stays off unless you choose "Accept all". Choosing "Necessary only" means no analytics and no advertising cookies. The site works exactly the same either way.
Strictly necessary
This one is always active. It is what remembers your answer to the cookie banner, so we do not have to ask again on every page. Without it the banner could not work, so it does not require consent.

Analytics: only with your consent
These tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and whether they went on to request a quote. We use Google Analytics for this, plus Hotjar (by Contentsquare) for session recordings and heatmaps showing how people move around the site. Both help us work out what is worth writing about and where the site is confusing. Neither is used to identify you personally.

Advertising: only with your consent
We advertise on Google. These cookies let us see which ads actually lead to enquiries, so we are not paying for ones that do not work. Without them we are advertising blind.

To withdraw consent
- Clear this site's data in your browser settings. The banner will reappear on your next visit and you can choose again.
- Or block or delete cookies for this site directly. Every major browser lets you do this from its privacy settings.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics across every website you visit using Google's browser add-on, and manage Google ad personalisation at My Ad Center.
Where the data goes
The analytics and advertising cookies above are set by Google Ireland Limited, acting as our processor. They receive information about how the site is used, never the contents of your quote form. The privacy policy covers what we do with the information you send us directly.
