Indoors or outside on a wall, in a garage or a utility room all work well. We agree the spot with you before fitting.
No. A battery can charge from the grid on a cheap overnight tariff on its own, and it gets even more use alongside solar panels.
Yes. Batteries installed in homes are zero-rated for VAT until 31 March 2027, whether they go in with new panels or are added to an existing system.
Home batteries are built for years of daily charging and come with a manufacturer's warranty. The terms depend on the model, and we set them out in your quote.
